These Terms of Service govern your use of Usetta, an AI-powered inbound lead management service operated by Anqor Studios LLC FZ, Dubai, UAE. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Usetta provides an AI-powered inbox and conversation management tool that handles inbound messages across WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and website chat on behalf of subscribing businesses. Anqor Studios LLC FZ ("we", "us") operates the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use Usetta. By signing up, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organisation to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You grant Usetta permission to access the messaging channels you connect for the purpose of reading and sending messages on your behalf. You retain ownership of all your data. We do not sell your data to third parties.
You agree not to use Usetta to:
Usetta is billed monthly at $99/month. Your subscription begins when you complete sign-up. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
We aim to keep Usetta available and reliable. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platforms (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), maintenance, or events outside our control.
Usetta uses AI to generate responses on your behalf based on the knowledge base you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the content of your knowledge base and ensuring AI-generated replies comply with applicable laws and platform policies. We are not liable for the content of AI-generated messages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anqor Studios LLC FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
