• Lead data: names, contact handles, conversation history, and lead state for contacts who message you through connected channels
• Usage data: page views, feature interactions, and performance metrics used to improve the service

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate the Usetta service — classifying intent, generating replies, and managing lead state on your behalf
• To send you account-related communications (billing, security, product updates)
• To improve the quality and reliability of the service
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your message content or knowledge base to train AI models beyond the scope of your own account.

3. Third-Party Services

Usetta integrates with the following third-party platforms to deliver the service:

• WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta)
• LinkedIn API
• Instagram Graph API (Meta)
• Facebook Messenger API (Meta)
• Anthropic Claude API — used to classify intent and generate replies
• Stripe — payment processing (we do not store card details)

Each of these providers processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted in the European Union (AWS) or UAE region, depending on your account configuration. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and conversation data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
