Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data Usetta holds about you — whether you're a Usetta customer, or someone who messaged a business that uses Usetta through a connected channel like Instagram, WhatsApp, or Facebook.

1. If You're a Usetta Customer

You can delete your entire account and all associated data at any time from your workspace's Settings page, or by contacting us directly (see below). This removes your knowledge base, conversation history, lead records, and account details. Deletion completes within 30 days, matching the retention commitment in our Privacy Policy.

2. If You Messaged a Business That Uses Usetta

If you've sent a message to a business's Instagram, WhatsApp, or Facebook account and that business uses Usetta to manage their inbox, Usetta processes the following on the business's behalf:

To request deletion of this data, email us at the address below with:

1. The platform you messaged on (Instagram, WhatsApp, or Facebook)

2. The account/page you messaged, and your username or handle on that platform

We'll verify the request and delete the matching conversation and lead records within 30 days. If the business itself needs to retain records for their own legal or accounting obligations, we'll let you know what (if anything) can't be deleted and why.

3. What Deletion Removes

A fulfilled deletion request permanently removes the message content, conversation history, and any derived profile/lead data tied to the identity you provided. It does not affect data the platform itself (Meta, etc.) retains under its own policies — that's a separate request you'd make directly with them.

4. How to Submit a Request

Email your request to us via anqorstudios.com, or — if you're a Usetta customer — through the support channel in your dashboard. Include enough detail (per section 2 above) for us to locate the right records; we may follow up to verify the request before deleting anything.
